2. Nature of the Game

We operate a blockchain-based lottery using data from Bitcoin block hashes. Winning numbers are derived from the last six characters of each mined Bitcoin block hash, ensuring fairness and transparency.

3. Chip Purchase and Entry

• Chips may be purchased using supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, USDT).
• All chip purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Users are responsible for completing transactions correctly and on time.

4. Winning and Payouts

• Winning entries are determined by matching the final six characters of the Bitcoin block hash.
• Prizes are based on published odds per game round.
• Payouts are made to the wallet address provided by the user.
• We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses.

5. Fairness and Transparency

All results are provably fair, immutable, and can be verified via any Bitcoin block explorer.

6. Accounts and Security

Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account access.

7. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of countries where online lotteries are banned or restricted (e.g., United States, North Korea, Iran, etc) may not participate.

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance

• We may request identity verification (KYC) in accordance with AML regulations.
• Suspicious or high-volume transactions may be reported to authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Games are provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of winnings or wallet access.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
